In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to open and maintain a taq4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

1. You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access and use the Platform.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by taq4d or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or platform technology suppliers.
5. You must not be currently self-excluded from the Platform or any other online gaming platform through a shared self-exclusion scheme recognised by taq4d.
6. You must not hold an existing taq4d Account, whether active, suspended, or closed.
7. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is unlawful or specifically prohibited by taq4d's licensing conditions.

taq4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the membership lifecycle and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility conditions are not met, with or without prior notice.

Registration on the taq4d Platform is free of charge. To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered to a recognised Indonesian telecommunications carrier.

By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that:

1. All information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.
2. You will promptly update your Account details if any of the provided information changes.
3. You have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Each Member may hold exactly one Account. taq4d uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment-instrument cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations. Where a duplicate Account is identified, taq4d may void all transactions, forfeit all balances across the duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the associated identity from the Platform.

Your Account credentials — username and password — are personal and non-transferable. You must not share, sell, or otherwise permit any third party to access your Account. taq4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

taq4d is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity, age, and residential address of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at the point of registration, upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time taq4d deems appropriate.

Accepted identity documents for Indonesian residents include:

• KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card)
• Passport (Indonesian or internationally recognised)
• SIM (Indonesian driving licence, where accompanied by a secondary proof of address)

Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent bank statement (issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or OCBC NISP), a utility bill, or an official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days and bearing your registered name and Indonesian residential address.

Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state until KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. taq4d processes KYC submissions within two business days of receipt. Incomplete or fraudulent documentation will result in Account suspension pending further investigation.

taq4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Standard deposit processing times are under two minutes for e-wallet transfers and between two and fifteen minutes for bank transfers, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant bank. taq4d is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment channel. taq4d reserves the right to revise deposit limits at any time with notice provided on the Platform.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are sourced from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any unrelated third party — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and balance forfeiture pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as your taq4d Account. taq4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification (see Clause 4).
2. Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must have met the applicable Wagering Requirement in full before the associated winnings become withdrawable. Real-money balances are not subject to wagering requirements.
3. The withdrawal amount must equal or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on the Withdrawal page within your Account dashboard.
4. No active fraud investigation, chargeback dispute, or Account suspension flag must be present on the Account at the time of request.

taq4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under two hours for verified Accounts during standard operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available window. taq4d is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider's own settlement schedules.

taq4d does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee. Some Indonesian banks may apply inward transfer fees at their own discretion; Members should consult their bank's published fee schedule for details.

taq4d offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian calendar events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus rules apply to all taq4d promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Each bonus is available to eligible Members meeting the criteria stated in the promotion terms. taq4d reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its reasonable discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal of associated winnings may be made. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x depending on promotion type; the exact multiplier is stated per promotion.
3. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Live casino games, slot games, sportsbook bets, and togel number draws may contribute at different percentage rates as stated in the promotion's game-contribution table.
4. Expiry: Bonus Funds that remain unplayed within the expiry period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time unless the relevant promotion expressly permits concurrent bonus stacking.
6. Abuse: taq4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, and to suspend the associated Account, where it determines in its reasonable judgement that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit a promotional offer rather than engage in genuine recreational wagering.

By placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

1. Gambling involves risk, and it is possible to lose your entire deposited balance.
2. All game outcomes generated by Random Number Generator (RNG) software are determined independently of taq4d's operational systems and are certified by independent testing laboratories.
3. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated in real time and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation by taq4d.
4. Sportsbook odds are dynamic and may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at bet placement time are the binding odds for settlement purposes.
5. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by game type, bet type, and Account tier.
6. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that renders a game round void, any wager placed for that round will be returned to your Account Balance. taq4d is not responsible for winnings that would have been earned had the malfunction not occurred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taq4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using a false or third-party identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, scrape data, or circumvent any Platform security or access control.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will be reclaimed by taq4d.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to launder money or finance any unlawful enterprise.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a payment account registered in a name other than your own.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing taq4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access taq4d's underlying source code, algorithms, or proprietary databases.

All content on the taq4d Platform — including but not limited to the taq4d brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, written content, graphic assets, audio, video, software code, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of taq4d or its duly licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of taq4d.

taq4d collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

taq4d uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all Platform pages to protect data in transit. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. taq4d does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required to fulfil its KYC, anti-money-laundering, and licensing obligations, or as required by a court or regulatory order of competent jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable international law, taq4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any gambling losses incurred by a Member as a result of using the Platform, including losses attributable to game outcomes, sportsbook results, or togel draw results.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if taq4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity arising from Platform use or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical malfunctions caused by factors outside taq4d's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Actions taken by third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications carriers that affect a Member's ability to deposit, withdraw, or play.

taq4d's aggregate liability to any Member under these Terms for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taq4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or collusion.
• A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by the Member or their payment provider.
• The Member is identified as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• The Member requests voluntary self-exclusion through taq4d's Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon Account closure for any reason, taq4d will return the verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any voided winnings) to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any active fraud investigation. Processing of the final balance return may take up to 14 business days.

Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting taq4d support at [email protected].

taq4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects Member rights, financial conditions, or eligibility requirements — taq4d will provide at least 14 days' written notice to registered Members via the email address on file before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately upon publication at taq4d.net/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version became operative.

Your continued use of the Platform after the notified effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which taq4d holds its primary international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice from either party, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents taq4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent irreparable harm.
